Canvas Care
Protect your investment. Proper cleaning and care can prolong the life of your canvas. On-going maintenance and cleaning reduces environmental debris and contaminants to help keep your canvas looking great.General Guidelines:
- Rinse your fabric and clears with fresh water after each use
- Use a mild soap and water mixture for general cleaning
- Use a sponge or soft bristle brush on canvas and use a soft cloth or microfiber cloth on clears
- Never use harsh chemicals or any product that is not recommended by the manufacturer
- Laundry detergents are not recommended for canvas cleaning as the phosphates will deplete the water repellency of the fabric.
- Never place marine canvas in a dryer
