Chandler Clark has owned Signature CanvasMakers in Hampton, VA since it was established in 2005. 

His career began while serving as a Senior Chief in the U.S.Navy in New Orleans, where he worked pro bono at a sail loft to gain experience in the marine canvas industry.  Upon his return to Virginia and the civilian world, he partnered with an established canvas shop and further honed his skills.  In January 2008, Chandler and his wife, Charlene opened the doors of a new location in Hampton.  

Chandler is a U.S. Coast Guard Licensed Master Captain. He is also on the Board of Directors for the Marine Fabricators Association.
